1. Agreement to terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website, or contact us to discuss before engaging our services.

2. Services and engagements

Shastik Digital Solutions provides website design and development, search engine optimisation, digital marketing, AI integration and website maintenance services. Each engagement is confirmed in writing, setting out the scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms.

3. Published prices

Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹). The scope included for a published price is confirmed in writing before work begins. Third-party costs — such as domain registration, hosting, payment gateway fees and advertising budgets — are separate unless your written quote says otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

Once the agreed project payments are complete, ownership of custom deliverables created for you transfers to you, subject to the licences of any third-party software, fonts, images or frameworks used.

5. Results

We work to industry best practices, but search rankings, traffic and sales depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.

6. Support and maintenance

Ongoing maintenance, updates and support after launch are provided under a separate maintenance arrangement unless your written quote includes them.
